What’s the difference between Slabbed Card and Card Only?
  • Slabbed Card includes the card sealed in a protective slab (as shown in product images).
  • Card Only (3-Pack or 6-Pack) includes cards only — slab not included.
What do I need to get started?

Just upload a photo and fill out the card details. No editing required — we handle everything.

Do I need to edit or crop my photo?

No. Please upload the original image. All photo editing, cleanup, and cutouts are handled by our design team.

Do all templates require a back image?

No. Only upload a second image if your selected template supports a back image. Not all designs require one.

Can I request a horizontal card?

Yes. Horizontal layouts are available. Please note your preference in the Additional Notes section.

Horizontally oriented photos may be formatted automatically unless specified otherwise.

How long does it take?
  • Design Proof: 2–3 business days
  • Production & Shipping: Within 48 hours after design completion
    Most orders ship within 5 business days, and we always try to beat it.
What if my card arrives damaged?

If your card arrives damaged due to shipping or a production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 contact@theslablab.shop with photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
