Because each card is custom-designed and made to order, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason.

Spelling & Text Approval

All custom text is reviewed during the approval process prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review spelling, names, dates, and details before approving.

If you receive your card and notice a spelling error after approval, a replacement card with the corrected text may be ordered at a 25% discounted rate.

While refunds are not offered, we understand that issues can arise. We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always make a reasonable effort to ensure a fair and positive experience whenever possible.
